Step 3: Now, run the .exe file and follow the instruction for the installation process. Note that, you should have Sony legal license to get the BIOS image file of your emulator which you need at the last step of the installation process.
Step 4: Now you see the epsxe emulator icon on your desktop screen after the completion of full installation process.
