Android developers are excited about the new development to the popular to-do application ‘Wunderlist’. The new update now integrates ‘Marshmallow’ goodies and Google Now on Tap which provides its users a significant and, an improved experience.
The most recent update to the App brings a complete redesign to Wunderlist for Android OS, with the addition of some new tweaks and features that takes the app completely to the next level.
The foremost change that the users would come across in this new update is the design changes. The application is now more streamlined with more lists that fit neatly on the screen due to a newly-reduced avatar size. Another feature that is now included in the new update is the enhanced detail view that shows notes, files, subtasks, due-dates and comments but, still maintaining and keeping things easy on the eyes.
Normally the user would consider the application to be cluttered with all these view elements but, the application has successfully come to par with this factor as it doesn’t appear cluttered at all or heavily loaded. Instead, it makes it easier to add, review or edit details.
Another important change that the users would see is the ability to add to-do items straight from the Notifications bar due to the presence of Quick Add Notification setting option. This option is likely to simplify things and save a lot of time as well. Another alternate way to do this is by tapping the large blue button on the Home View.
Another significant change that users have to get used to is that the option to create a new List is now shifted to the bottom of the Home View so now if the users want to view it, they will have to scroll down to see it.
Another update that might interest the users is that now Wunderlist will no longer ping users for any permission unless it’s very important. [adinserter block=”2″] To quote an example, just say that if the user doesn’t want to share the lists with his contacts, Wunderlist would allow you to do so and, would not ask you for any permission unless the user wants it to.
Moreover, Wunderlist users who already installed Android Marshmallow on their Android devices will be able to benefit from the Google Now on Tap functionality in their lists.
